noventum HR-Analytics wins the HR Software Award 2021

The software comparison portal HR-Software-Vergleich.de selects the most popular HR software providers in the DACH region with the HR Software Award 2021.

For 22 different tools, the aim was to determine the most popular HR software manufacturers in the categories of customer satisfaction, usability and price-performance ratio. Over a period of three months, votes were diligently cast in the social media and in newsletters of the independent comparison portal, resulting in over 3,000 individual evaluations for almost 100 HR software providers in the course of the HR Software Comparison Award 2021. Based on this data, an overall winner was then determined for each tool.

The tool HR analytics refers to the targeted and software-based use of data and data analyses in the HR environment of companies. In the meantime, HR analytics is moving more and more into the field of HR tools used and is a decisive point on the agenda in the digitalisation of HR departments. The analysis options of the established solutions from different software manufacturers vary in terms of quality and depth; some are also limited to specific sub-areas of HR. In total, more than 20 providers were named by the respondents in this category.

For the category and the segment HR analytics, noventum consulting with its eponymous software solution noventum HR analytics represents the overall winner in the categories customer satisfaction, usability and price-performance ratio.
