Uwe Rotermund talks to Belarusians business people about employee-oriented business management

On Monday, November 4th, 2013, managers and business owners from Belarus visited noventum consulting GmbH in Münster as part of a 4-week study trip to Germany. Managing director Uwe Rotermund welcomed the guests and gave presentations on the topics of "Employee-oriented Business Management" and establishing a "GREAT PLACE to WORK". In addition to the great interest of the guests, the subsequent discussion revealed some fundamental differences of experiences and ideas in terms of workplace culture.

It is not just since demographic change and the lack of qualified personnel that Uwe Rotermund and his management team have been convinced that satisfied employees are the best foundation for successful work. In an engaging presentation, Rotermund presented his philosophy and his company to the guests from Belarus. In 2010, 2011, and 2012, noventum consulting was elected by its employees as Germany's Best Employer for its outstanding human resources work.

The Carl Duisberg Centres organise a manager training program for Belarusian executives and young business people, funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi). In their home country, they work in the service industry, in retail, in the industry, or also in public administration. In addition to the establishing of concrete business contact, getting to know different aspects of German business life is also on the program of their excursion.
