In a comprehensive change management project, the service provision process was completely revised and aligned with the increased requirements and needs of customers. FI Infrastructure Consulting is thus taking an important step towards digital transformation and is following the IT service provider's long-term strategy. The Change@IB project was carried out over the course of more than a year in close collaboration with the consultants from noventum consulting.
Generational changes in management and constant growth often put companies in the situation of having to put their management methods to the test. In 2020, the Corona epidemic radically hit the travel industry.
